Summary of Board Meeting September 2, 2007

An emergency Board meeting was called by Rose Wise.
In attendance- Rose, Crystal, Cat, Orpon and Sorsha.

Issue
It has become necessary to re-visit the issue of a particular Oakspirit’s behavior and attendance events on Ozark Avalon property.

In July the Board received another complaint about this particular member’s inappropriate “touching” that had occurred at Interfuse involving a friend of Ozark Avalon. Based on this most recent complaint this member was been given notice that he must relinquish residency at Ozark Avalon by August 29, 2007, but that he could continue to attend classes, major events and full moons by paying full price admission, and as long as no further complaints were received.

On September 2, 2007 another complaint about inappropriate and unwanted advances from this member towards a guest at Ozark Avalon has been received in confidence to members of the Board. The attending Board members are in agreement that this member must be banned from all Ozark Avalon sponsored events as well as any outside sponsored events held on Ozark Avalon property. The Board members expressed sadness at having to do this, but he has left them no other option. Orpon was dispatched to remove this member and his belongings immediately. The member went without argument. Formal notice will be mailed to him in care of his brother.

There being no further business, this emergency meeting adjourned.
