Administrative power was with Tom, Rose, and J.R. J.R. stated that he would change this to allow more people to help update the web site. A login and name was needed for each new person. Authorized use would create forums, change the calendar items, and change the web site look.
Web site as is – or a new web master can change it. The current software is PHPBB.com “my sequel database”. BB software allows creation of forums/website to create an online community.
Web server is paid for another 6 months w/out changing servers. (Host-it-now.com) or (99centhosting.com) in West Virginia. J.R. said he can show the web site to new administrators. The 6 month will be up 6m after June? Renegotiate with site since the free option was through J.R.
Ozark Avalon.org – Domain services level points to OA.com GoDaddy.com is the largest and cheapest domain name register out there. Need to have Tom C. and Brandon log on and get Administrative rights. Network solutions is a bad company with high cost and low service.
Training session will be set for the new administrators:

Meeting was adjourned at 12:30am for training. Meet was reconvened on housing policy at 2:00 pm.

Having relinquished control, said that coding takes more technical skill than he has trained anyone and then asked for an exit interview.
J.R. and Becky both spoke of their concerns and issues with current practices at OA.
It was moved by Pam that the interview be closed. Grant seconded the motion. All voted in favor.
The interview as closed and the Board indicated that J.R.’s service was greatly appreciated and that his professionalism was noted. He had done an outstanding job and that he would be missed.
J.R. and Becky left the meeting.
The discussion moved to Housing Policy (Rose had to leave for work):
Lisa mentioned the we should require people using the housing policy to sign a copy of it. All agreed.
People will need to write payments and work in the black book – good for documentation.
Complaint procedures:
Commentary should be brought to a Board Member then all Board Members will discuss the matter.
Initial issues the Household council would discuss – Verbal warning.
Secondary issues would be brought to the Board - Written warnings
Who ever has a written grievance and the person it is against will come before the board.
If the person in question can not maintain 4 votes – the official response will be of “eviction”
Jetta would like to do a meeting the day of full moon ritual.
Pam moved to close the meeting. Jetta seconded the motion.
All voted in favor. The meeting was completed 3:10pm.
